We got our healthy, organic foods for tomorrows breakfast! We got some locally made apple, strawberry, orange, and blueberry jellies. We also got to make our own peanut butter using some organic peanuts at the store. Lastly, we got some nice, fresh baked breads and bagels to go with our peanut butter and jelly!

Apple Testing

After picking apples we got to taste them all!! We tastes Golden Russet, Shamrock, Mutsu, Honey Crisp, Baldwin, Fuji, and Jona Gold apples. We tasted it with Gouda aged, smoked, and original cheese. 

Dean's Beans

Dean's Beans is a fair trade coffee supplier. They store the green beans and then they roast them for the nice fresh taste! They get their beans from Colombia, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Mexivo, Nicuragua, Peru, Papa New Guinea, and Sumatra. There are 2 types of beans which are arabic and robusta beans. 

GoBerry Frozen Yogut

GoBerry makes their frozen yogurt with only the freshes ingredients. The diary products they use in their yogurt comes from local farms. These farms DO NOT use any hormones or pesticides on their cows, They make all their yogut on site. 

Cold Spring Orchard

Cold Spring Orchard is a orchard that grows many different foods. They grow apples, peaches, pears, pumpkins, bees, and so much more, They gave us the opportunity to learn about how they grow and maintain their orchard. We also got to pick and try some apples! If you're ever near the area we suggest stopping by and seeing what fruit is in season!
